First pre-release v1.3 (Master)

This is the first release of a binary on GitHub. (v1.3 on Master)

It consists of a todo app which can maintain a single user, with multiple tasks and lists.
the UI, code and most components are immature and there are certain serious issues with usage.

Despite the issues and immaturity, the release hasn't been marked as pre-release since it isn't meant to be released ever.
