Docking Tutorial PyRosetta

To run the tutorial in Google colab

To run the notebook locally

• Create a conda enviroment for pyrosetta

conda create -n pyrosetta pyrosetta jupyter pandas matplotlib py3Dmol seaborn

• Follow the installation instructions of pyrosetta (the conda method is suggested) https://www.pyrosetta.org/downloads
• Clone the repository and cd into it, then run the command jupyter notebook
