MSISDN ("Mobile Station International Subscriber Directory Number") is a number uniquely identifying a subscription in a GSM or a UMTS mobile network.
This simple function verifies a given number as MSISDN and if country code is missing or it starts with just 0, it repairs and convert to verified format.
