Requirement
1. download php-diff from https://github.com/chrisboulton/php-diff
2. place the file in vendors/php_diff/

installation
1. copy table blocks to blocks_dev
              links to links_dev
              menus to menus_dev
              nodes to nodes_dev
              regions to regions_dev
2. run sql file at config/schema/vcs.sql
3. activate the plugin at admin
