- we can export the macros types directly from index.ts because it only exists for types anyway - ensure-safe-component doesn't come from macros, it belongs in its own registry in embroider/util

Since I'm working on the release pipeline anyway and trying some different tooling and there are are varying levels of support for yarn 1 vs pnpm in the tooling, I figured it's a good time to make the switch.
