This PR allows users to change the color and initials of the Space Avatar, if they don't like the defaults that we provide.
This avatar is used in both the Space Selector screen (the "screen door" into Kibana), as well as in the main Kibana navigation.
This PR only addresses the changes required to the management screens. It does not update the Space Selector or main Kibana nav, as those are being worked on in separate PRs.
