[Discover] Allow copying errors/cautions

Describe the feature:

In Discover if there is an issue with an indexed field, there is a caution that shows up next to the field with information on what needs to get done to fix it but that error cannot be easily copied. As a user, I would have liked for a way to easily capture the error so I can search on how to fix issue. It would be even better if we allowed a user to navigate to the exact place they need to be to fix the issue or be linked to documentation that would describe how to fix the issue I am running into.
