Description of the Change
Links are fixed and are pointing to sepia instead of local (non-existing) files in this repository.
Alternate Designs
Previously the files for 'implementations' was located in the eiffel repository, they could be put back if we wanted to. But it would probably be better to have this information located in the same place (sepia).
Benefits
Proper links benefit in documentation and pointing users to sepia is a good thing.
Possible Drawbacks
Links point to an external page (though still within the eiffel-community) and may change.
