If the __amp_source_origin query string is found in a submission's request, then add AMP-specific HTTP headers to the response from Staticman. That way the query will be successful on the AMP page, it would abort for security reasons otherwise.

I'm totally unfamiliar with the codebase now, so I'm not going to be fixing the merge conflicts unfortunately. |

This is in response to issue #83. I tried to make it function exactly like the Mailgun config currently does. Also, seeing as
options.originis a field that already exists for notifications, I figured I could hook that up to thepermalinkoption in the akismet API. Thoughts on this? Thanks for maintaining this project btw, I love using it!
