DRES Email Templates is a web application that helps UIUC students with disabilities to easily compose emails to their professors for requesting accommodations, extensions, or alternative assignments.

Features

• Different templates for different situations (DRES LOA, Extension Request, Alternative Assignment Request etc.)
• Form to input student name, pronouns, UIN, access email, and instructor emails
• Auto-formatting of email addresses and net IDs
• Preview of the email body that updates lives
• Generates a mailto link to compose the email
• Mobile-friendly
• Aims to improve accessibility (feel free to send PRs to improve this, we've designed it to be more accessible to ourselves)

Usage

1. Go to the website https://dres-templates.netlify.app/
2. Select the template you want to use
3. Fill in the form with your information
4. Review the email body in the preview section
5. Click the mailto link to compose the email
