Customer Impact
Fixes a crash for customers running F# code on the PowerPC platform.
This PR fixes the issue #76917. The problem was that r12 after emit_memcpy was re-computed using the wrong value of r31 (frame pointer). Hence moved the save_lmf restoration block after computation of r12.

Low. The code is in the PPC part of the runtime and does not affect mobile, WASM or any CoreCLR platforms.
