Addresses #4 - Updating quickstarts to provide one example using OpenAI directly in addition to the existing quickstart that uses Azure OpenAI with Semantic Kernel. This work also removes the example of using the Azure OpenAI SDK directly, and focuses on using only Semantic Kernel.
