Hey there.

This editor is fantastic. I really wish I had known about it before writing my workshop addon description.
Due to the lack of preview functionality in Steam, up to this point I have had to update my description and hope I've not made any mistakes in it.

One feature which would be really useful is the ability to copy & paste existing Steam markup into the editor.
This way, I can paste my addon's existing description into the editor and make some changes to it.

Also, could you possibly add support for the [img]https://i.imgur.com/pgpeH1I.gifv[/img] image tags?

Hey, thanks for the kind words!

It's been a while since I've updated the editor, and I did have some plans for it. I'll definitely give it a proper update possibly within this month adding things like auto-save, and the suggestions you made. Thanks for the suggestions as well.

@BadgerCode Progress is underway on the rework branch of the repo. It's currently being rebuilt with a new editor as well as new features.

Regarding your last request, I did some searching and it seems that Steam no longer supports any [img] embedding. Is this something you still think you would want to be included?

It seems to still work fine on workshop item descriptions:

Support for it does seem fairly limited though. I don't know if it works outside of workshop descriptions.

Ah well I'll include it with a small warning for users probably. Hoping to push out an early version over the weekend, but the logic will take time to properly implement.
