UI- improvement in Peers page

• Replacing "Peers" with Nodes
• Add new column (Status) that indicate if node is down/up. (Like Backends status column).
• If node is down, we can change only "Status" column without remove it in cluster nodes list. (Like Backends list )

We need also a way to permanently delete (or hide) an endpoint (for example, if we are decomissioning a Node).

The naming change (peers/nodes) should impact also the menu

Mi simple proposal is to specify in static configuration the list of nodes of the cluster to compere with those discovered by zookeeper

it is better to have a "decommission" command (on the UI or from the command line)
the decommission command will nuke the node from zk
