so... we kind of have a weird case where we do not have 0.4.1 and 0.4.2, as we kept building and then I tagged 0.4.2, but there was no 0.4.1. I can add it, but I don't think we can build it again, unless we retroactively define 0.4.1 -- which we can do @stanleygjones @paulyoung

0.4.2 never existed. Those older ones don't exist as well, we could remove them.
