Description

This PR updates the installation instructions for Docker, including:

  • Updating references from CentOS 7, which goes EOL later this year, to generic "Enterprise Linux" to include AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, and RHEL
  • Update yum commands to more performant dnf in enterprise Linux instructions
  • Update apt-get commands to more performant apt in Ubuntu
  • Updated Docker and NCR install steps from Docker and NVIDIA Docs
  • Adding a section about installation on WSL

Test Plan

These steps have been manually tested on Ubuntu 22.04 and AlmaLinux 8.
