Since a few versions ago, the Google Maps Api v3 library added an autocomplete widget, which renders the jQuery Geocomplete plugin obsolete.
This pull request removes the usage of that plugin, replaces relevant code where is due, and also updates the library call to use v 3.17. The oldest one you can request now is 3.16, but it will be deprecated soon.
