This uses the new loading='lazy' element attribute to defer loading of images and iframes

I have manually verified that the attribute is being added, but unfortunately I have been unable to run the tests... when running via bin/test in a plone install the collective.lazysizes module is recognized but no tests for it are found, and there doesn't seem to be a way to run the tests outside of plone using just unittest. I can debug that, or if there's an environment where the tests run maybe we can just try there.
