GLIMMER - Galaxy oriented Lvg Investigation of Massive Molecular Emission Regions, is a MATLAB program that performs LVG computations and their analysis in a user friendly graphical interface.
- Download the manual with install directions.
- Download the latest release, or clone the repo,
git clone git://github.com/deanmark/glimmer.git.
- Backup of LAMDA data files. LamdaDataFiles_oct12.zip
- Data cube used for analysis in Davies et al. 2012 (See manual). Davies_et_al_2012_HCN-CO_precalculated.mat
- RADEX compiled for Windows. radex_30nov11_Windows.zip
- RADEX compiled for Linux. radex_24aug11_Linux.zip
