fix(siblingsHook): check number of dbtUpstreams instead of all upStreams #8817

Description

Right now, if there are mutliple upstream datasets and one is DBT, it will not get picked up as a sibling, even though the upstream DBT node should be connected as a sibling.

Looks good aside the comment- you also are failing checkstyle.
