This PR adds configuration to expose DiscoverX locally via Databricks CLI and Databricks Connect. logging package had to be renamed in order to get rid of standard library package clash.

TODO:

  • use Databricks Connect-ready cluster selector while installing the project
  • Pick a matching version of databricks-connect package after selecting the cluster and install it
