"@ionic-native/speech-recognition" update to match the new feature in cordova-plugin-speechrecognition

Current behavior:
The cordova-plugin-speechrecognition released a new update to support partial result for android, that update caused some issues with the ionic-native/speech-recognition, one of them is that the match option doesn't reflect right.
