- mtest/Makefile: placemat, stop and test. - mtest/*_test.go: Change the ginkgo suite style as same as dctest. - mtest/run.go: Rebase functions with dctest and run all test commands remotely. - mtest/test.sh: do not stop placemat even if test is failed.
