This should allow ACLog log users to use it for cat control. Making ACLog behave like FLRIG does for current users.
From its docs, ACLog will auto set the mode depending on the frequency, but this can be suppressed via the command.
For whatever reason I don't think ACLog supports using another CAT CTRL lib like RIGCTLD or FLRIG
