Example Workflows

This folder contains some example workflows, namely

downscale.py: Downscaling raw data.
multicut.py: Compute multicut segmentation.
postprocessing.py: Postprocess segmentation.
skeletons.py: Skeletonize segmentation.

You can download the example data derived from the cremi challenge or try it on your own data.
