This folder contains some example workflows, namely
downscale.py: Downscaling raw data.multicut.py: Compute multicut segmentation.postprocessing.py: Postprocess segmentation.skeletons.py: Skeletonize segmentation.
You can download the example data derived from the cremi challenge or try it on your own data.
