What issue is this for? |

This needs a switch in the settings. Default should be off. |
None, I worked on this in my free time. It's just a feature to allow the menu to be collapsed / minimised when logged in as an administrator / reviewer. |

Alright. I like it. Could you add a switch to enable/disable the feature in the control panel? |
