Add Livesearch and Sitemap to Cover

Summary
As a website admin I want to configure what to show on the sidebar-cover, so that I can adjust the sidebar experience to my website's UX and to use the space next to the sidebar.

Additional Info
The term "sidebar-cover" or "cover" refers to the (at the moment) darkening overlay next to the sidebar, when you open the sidebar. (AKA: The dark side of the sidebar)

Acceptance Criteria

• It's done when there is a sidebar control panel.
• It's done when there is a setting in the control panel to configure what is shown on the cover area.
• It's done when these options are available for the cover area:
  • Darken (like now)
  • Livesearch
  • Sitemap
• It's done when Darken is the default setting.
• It's done when the options are respected and the cover shows:
  • Darken: A dark semi-transparent layer is shown above the content page
  • Livesearch: The Livesearch & results are shown in the cover's center (top) position on a dark semi-transparent background.
  • Sitemap: The sitemap is shown in the cover's center position on a dark semi-transparent background

I added #8 into this ticket as it touches the exact same classes and the sitemap can easily be added while adding the livesearch.

TBD: Can all options be enabled at the same time? Or do you have to choose between them? (is it 3 checkboxes or a dropdown menu?)

I'd not mix this up. Livesearch and sidebar together is too much for one change. Both needs also a responsive solution. Settings can be added step by step.
