receiving notices when no action taken

Whenever you visit the table in a page it gives the notifications "Product has been removed from cart" and "cart item has been updated successfully"

Since this happens every time someone visits the page, it could give the wrong impression and confuse the customer. They will think something was removed from their cart, when they didn't remove anything.

How can I fix this?
