Changes :

• Vnet is working.
• The Command parameter has been deprecated in favor of Exec_start.
• Path is no longer required it will default to nomad's allocation directory.
• A new example for non-vnet jails.
• nomad job status return the correct state for the jail task
• nomad stop terminates jails
• Resource control is possible using the Rctl block.
