Why
0.1.0has issue withirsa_assume_role_policyattribute, it throws error if user does not use it.istio-ingressinstallation in namespace other thanistio-systemkubernetes_namespace_v1resource and dependency from all addons, as this namespace creation is being managed by create_namespace variable.
