Add-on PCB board for Seeed Studio Xiao RP2040, using NVT2010PW level shifter and on-board 1.2V and 1.8V LDO regulators. An external VREFA may be driven (no jumper) to a custom voltage 2.5V or below. The NVT2010PW level shifter allows VREFA voltages as low as 0.9V.
