Describe the bug
When creating a Millionaire game or an H5P QuestionSet from a Question Set, it will fail without displaying any error if tag(s) have been added before choosing presentation

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Create Content'
  2. Click on 'Question'
  3. Add one or more tags
  4. Open the browsers Developer tools
  5. Click the "Millionaire mini game" button at the bottom
  6. A popup is displayed to indicate that it's checking stuff
  7. The popup disappears with and displays info about added questions and answers
  8. No questions or answers has been added
  9. In Dev Tools open the Network tab, the request to get questions has fails with 500

Error message in response is cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: questionbankservice (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for http://questionbankservice:8104/v1/questions?keyword=something"
