publish nostr ecash message using recipient relays

Describe the bug
Currently, the Nostr message containing the Cashu token is distributed through the users' relays. This introduces the potential issue where the sender and recipient may have entirely different relay setups. In such cases, the recipient may not receive the message through the client they are using

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'contacts' and add your npub
2. Send any amount to any contact in your list

Expected behavior
Recipient should receive the message
