Admin_EnsemblTranscriptFilter.pl

This is a script used to filter a Ensembl GTF/GFF3 genome annotation files to select a subset of transcript accessions that are appropriate to use by VAGrENT.

This is called from Admin_EnsemblReferenceFileGenerator.pl and is unlikely to be of much use if used manually.
