'Terminal Reader API' C++ implementation

This is the deprecated repository of the C++ code for the Calypso Networks Association's reference Terminal Reader API. The new code is managed by the Eclipse Keypop project and hosted in the repository eclipse-keypop/keypop-reader-cpp-api.
