Code Wars exporter

1. Run codewars.js on Code Wars website
2. Wait the script to complete, if solutions are not in your clipboard run copy(x) in the console
3. Paste the contents of x (that should be in your clipboard) in all.txt
4. Run npm start
5. Check output folder
