In this pre-release only one smiles may be transformed at a time and only with the essential aminoacids in its structure

Improvements of v1.0-beta includes:
Now its possible to type your smiles on the terminal screen;
Its also possible to transform your peptide smiles to 1 letter peptide code and 3 letter peptide code
