Issue number:

Closes #1965

Description of changes:

Update rust dependencies.

Testing done:

Ran sonobuoy quick on aws-k8s-1.21 (using testsys!)
Used the control container via SSM and apiclient get settings, then set motd, then check settings again.

Should the "sources: update hyper to 0.11.10" commit be reqwest instead?
