Update default host containers #1466

Description of changes:

This updates the default control container from v0.4.2 to v0.5.0
and the default admin container from v0.6.0. to v0.7.0.

Testing done:

  • Built aws-ecs-1 ami based on the latest develop.
  • Connected to control container via SSM.
  • Checked api settings and verified containers were at the proper versions.
  • Enabled the admin container and ssh'd to it.
  • Verified that I was able to log in.
  • Checked EC2 console for any errors
