(This PR rewrites the overall project's build config to be more up to date, as well as removing some dependencies (particularly a major refactor from
availity-reactstrap-validationtoreact-hook-formfor form validation) to improve code splitting for bundle sizes. Should hopefully improve overall load speed and performance.)
