TEST SYSTEM API

This is a minimum viable product for a multichoice examination. The backend is an MVC application and API developed in ASP.Net Core 2.1.

This MVC application allows a user to all Questions and their corresponding options, where one of the options is marked as the right answer.

The test taker answers the questions from the VueJS application.
