Use sparse array in calc_flux() to reduce memory requirments. Improve labels in plot_flux().

I added a new dependency in this branch, to the BioConductor SparseArray package. That package is failing to load in Ubuntu using the prior R release (4.2) because SparseArray is only available for R 4.3. |
