Tests are now based on BirdFlowModels v 0.0.2.9002
This is an attempt to resolve issues with dependencies in the CI workflow on github It is a temporary solution until I've made the package agnostic as to whether ebirdst 2021 or 2022 is installed.
* Added function to skip testing of preprocess_species() with ebirdst 2022. This is a stop gap before preprocess_species() is able to work with the new version.
No longer use the ebirdst::ebirdst_weeks version to pass CRAN checks.
