What/Why?
This PR changes how we fetch the redirect to checkout url. Before this PR we fetched the url on page load, with this change we will fetch it until the user clicks on it. This is prep work for upcoming changes around checkout where we need a fresh redirect url.
Testing
Locally + CI. Proceed to checkout works and now shows a spinner.
