Modifications:

Fix the path to the XML schema
Improve the usability of the report
- Adjust its appearance
- Show broken rules alongside errors
- Suppress unnecessary output
Add more granular excludes
- WP core
- Drop-ins
Remove plugin directory exclude
Exclude some needlessly frustrating rules from the WP ruleset
Add further rules that tighten up coding standards in some areas
