MegaDuck Cartridge Shell & GBXCart Adapter v1.0

Mostly changes to accommodate printing variability

• 0.1mm more spacing for front Mega Duck PCB connector guides
• Reduced total cart by 0.15mm (reduce thickness of top base plate)
• Increase size of screw holes from 1.44mm to 1.6mm. Printing may still shrink it down to 1.3mm - 1.4mm
• Small chamfer on top front edge to make insertion to cart slot smoother
