Improve Gitpod automated setup (#3880)

* Gitpod is no longer in Beta

* Automatically open the web preview on start-up in Gitpod

* Accelerate Gitpod start-up with continuously prebuilt workspaces

* Install Prettier VS Code extension in Gitpod
