Fix: fix default home dir for client.toml

• Fixes an issue where setting home to a different directory would not set correctly when reading client.toml, if the default home dir (~/.cantod) existed.
• ref. fix(simapp): fix default home cosmos/cosmos-sdk#19393

Could you let me know how you checked this fix works?
I tried the following and fix seems not working.

1. init cantod to default home dir ($HOME/.cantod is created)
2. init cantod to another dir ($HOME/other/path/.cantod is created)
3. cantod start --chain-id canto_9000-1 --home $HOME/other/path
4. set the break point to ReadDefaultValuesFromDefaultClientConfig and see what happens

• it creates temp dir
• read config from that temp dir
• set ctx.HomeDir to $HOME/.cantod

I expected ctx.HomeDir to be $HOME/other/path/.cantod but it is still $HOME/.cantod.
