feat: add claim unbidded names

Description

This PR add function bulkClaimUnbiddedNames which claim unbidded domain names and transfer them to the specified addresses.

Migration

To simulate on ronin-testnet, run:

./run.sh script/20231123-upgrade-auction-claim-unbidded-names/20231123_UpgradeAuctionClaimUnbiddedNames.s.sol -f ronin-testnet --fork-block-number 22343513

To broadcast upgrade on ronin-testnet, run:

./run.sh script/20231123-upgrade-auction-claim-unbidded-names/20231123_UpgradeAuctionClaimUnbiddedNames.s.sol -f ronin-testnet --broadcast --log
